I trained for four years at The Minster Centre in London, one of the longest established and leading Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling training institutions in the UK and Europe.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), and I work to the BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am fully qualified and insured as a private practitioner.
I have been a bereavement counsellor since 2022 and continue to see clients through the Wandsworth Bereavement Service in London.
I am also trained in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA England), Suicide First Aid (Living Works), and I volunteered with the charity Samaritans on the phonelines.
I am an ambassador for the UK based suicide bereavement charity Suicide&Co, and for the past five years I have worked for a mental health charity in London.
I practice with compassion, curiosity and courage and I integrate psychodynamic, existential and somatic approaches into my work.
My practice is LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirmative and I welcome clients from all backgrounds.
I have a particular interest in working with grief, loss and bereavement and I welcome adults of all ages.
